A qualified lecturer with nearly 30 years of teaching experience, Sandy is passionate about helping children, teens, and adults grow through learning. 

Her teaching career, combined with a personal journey of growing up in foster care, facing life on the streets at 18, and becoming a single mum while juggling four jobs, led to a deep commitment to supporting teenagers.

Like many families, she experienced a painful breakdown in her relationship with her daughter during the turbulent teenage years, marked by battles, outside influences, and a lack of resources. 

Determined to heal, and in addition to her teaching career, Sandy became a Certified Teen Coach, NLP Practitioner, and Hypnotherapist.

Today, that once‑broken relationship is absolutely thriving, a transformation made possible by the very tools she now shares with families through ParenteenReconnect, guiding parents and teens to reconnect, communicate, and thrive together.

In addition, Sandy continues to teach French worldwide and has taught over 5,000 students throughout her career as a French Teacher/Lecturer with French as a Second Language.
